Open-source FRED MCP Server (Federal Reserve Economic Data)
Implements the Model Context Protocol to integrate FRED's 800,000+ economic datasets with Claude and other AI clients through three tools: browsing by categories/releases, full-text/tag-based search, and retrieving series data with transformations (percent change, aggregation, frequency conversion). Supports both stdio transport for Claude Desktop and HTTP transport for network deployments, with Docker containerization available.
