MCP server that uses arxiv-to-prompt to fetch and process arXiv LaTeX sources for precise interpretation of mathematical expressions in scientific papers.
Provides four MCP tools for structured paper access: fetching full flattened LaTeX, abstracts, section listings, and targeted sections—enabling LLM clients to query specific content without processing entire documents. Implements an MCP server architecture compatible with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other MCP clients via stdio transport, installable as a PyPI package or Desktop Extension. Leverages arxiv-to-prompt's LaTeX processing pipeline to preserve mathematical notation and equations that PDFs typically corrupt, making it ideal for equation-heavy research in mathematics, CS, and engineering.
