MCP server for VAST Data cluster administration - monitoring, management, and diagnostics
Implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with stdio transport to expose VAST cluster APIs as AI-native tools, enabling AI assistants to perform read-only or read-write administrative operations. Features dynamic tool generation from YAML templates, performance metrics collection with graph visualization, and secure credential management via keyring. Integrates with popular AI assistants (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VSCode, Windsurf) and supports both cluster and tenant admin contexts with automatic field transformation via jq.
