Implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to expose Readwise Reader's API as tools for LLM clients, enabling document listing with filtering by location/date and optional content retrieval. Runs as a local Python server using the `uv` package manager, authenticating via `READWISE_ACCESS_TOKEN` environment variable. Also includes a standalone skill for direct HTTP-based Reader API interaction, supporting full CRUD operations and bulk management without requiring MCP infrastructure.
