Combines web scraping of financial news with HuggingFace Transformers for multi-stage NLP—articles are summarized using the Pegasus financial model, then sentiment-scored via transformers pipelines into structured datasets. The RL trading component leverages OpenAI Gym and Stable-Baselines3 to train agents that execute trades based on market conditions, enabling end-to-end automation from news sentiment extraction through portfolio decisions.
