Similarity detection for Github Issues + AI code reviews
Uses sentence embeddings (MiniLM-L6-v2) stored in ChromaDB to perform cosine similarity search on issue/PR titles and bodies, automatically closing duplicates above a configurable threshold and leaving helpful comments on related issues below that threshold. Operates as a GitHub App that hooks into repository webhooks, with optional LLM-powered PR feedback via Ollama for intelligent code review suggestions.
