Implements a Quart-based web application that orchestrates semantic kernel plugins to chain embedding generation with vector similarity search on MongoDB vCore collections. Provides Infrastructure-as-Code templates (Bicep) and Azure Developer CLI automation for end-to-end deployment to App Service, plus a flexible data ingestion pipeline accepting custom JSON with configurable field mappings for embedding and metadata storage.
