The MCP integration exposes 9+ tools via stdio and SSE transports for AI assistant integration (Claude, Cursor), while Supabase authentication handles secure token refresh through httpOnly cookies. Supports multi-format document ingestion with automatic chunking, bulk operations, and role-based access control.
