Wraps the Cotovia unit-selection TTS engine, which synthesizes speech by concatenating prerecorded phonetic segments with parallel intonation contour selection for natural prosody. Provides three pre-trained voices (Iago, Sabela, Sabela-large) supporting Galician and Spanish with configurable pitch, speed, and voice selection. Integrates as a plugin into the OVOS voice assistant framework via standard TTS module interface.
