Leverages the system's native text-to-speech engine to audibly test stop name pronunciations from GTFS feeds, then generates an annotated `stops.txt` file marking entries requiring custom `tts_stop_name` values. Supports both local GTFS directories and remote URLs, with optional SQLite persistence for incremental processing across multiple sessions. Interactive CLI prompts users to validate each pronunciation, streamlining identification of stops needing phonetic corrections or abbreviation expansions.
