Implements offline neural text-to-speech synthesis running entirely on-device without network dependency. Built with Swift/SwiftUI targeting iOS 17+ and macOS 14+, using Tuist for project generation and Swift Package Manager for dependency management. Supports multiple languages through community translations via Crowdin, with modular architecture separating the TTS engine (`PiperTTS`) from the UI layer.
