Implements local Whisper STT with Silero VAD noise filtering and sentence-by-sentence streaming TTS that begins playback before generation completes, reducing perceived latency by ~50%. Architecture uses WebSocket transport with configurable Whisper model sizes (tiny to large-v3-turbo) and integrates seamlessly with OpenClaw agents via gateway mode for unified memory and tool access across voice and text interfaces.
