Speech recognition and synthesis library for Windows - Python 2 and 3.
Wraps Windows SAPI (Speech API) through pywin32 to provide bidirectional speech I/O with callback-based event handling. Offers both shared and in-process recognizer modes, allowing applications to use isolated speech recognition contexts independent of system-wide voice commands. Built as a maintained fork of the abandoned PySpeech library with cross-version Python compatibility.
