Voice assistant for Visual Studio Code.
Enables voice-driven code insertion and VSCode command execution through a project-specific `voice-assistant.json` configuration file, supporting custom commands per language and workspace. Uses a client-server architecture with an external speech recognition service (currently .NET-based on Windows) communicating via a separate standalone server rather than built-in APIs. Supports multiple editor windows simultaneously with hot-reloadable command definitions, making it adaptable across different programming languages and project contexts.
