Aggregates 8 translation services (Baidu, Google, Youdao, Tencent, Sogou, etc.) and 5 TTS providers through HTTP request abstraction, allowing single-interface querying across multiple backends with support for 7+ languages. Uses a generic `Querier` with pluggable `AbstractTranslator` and `AbstractTTS` implementations, parsing JSON responses via Jackson and HttpClient for seamless fallback and comparison across providers.
