Dia-JAX: A JAX port of Dia, the text-to-speech model for generating realistic dialogue from text with emotion and tone control.
Built on JAX for GPU/TPU acceleration, Dia-JAX leverages the 1.6B parameter architecture to synthesize multi-speaker dialogue with speaker tags (e.g., `[S1]`, `[S2]`) and natural prosody markers like laughter and gasps. The implementation provides both CLI and Python APIs with configurable token limits, enabling efficient inference across different hardware backends while maintaining compatibility with the original Dia model's speaker control and emotional expression capabilities.
