Command line interface for the built-in speech recognition and transcription capabilities in macOS.
Leverages macOS's native Speech Recognition framework (available since Catalina) via Objective-C bindings to support both live microphone input and audio files in CoreAudio-compatible formats (WAV, MP3, AIFF, AAC, etc.). Provides on-device recognition with the `-d` flag to avoid server transmission limits, complementing Apple's `say` tool for a complete speech synthesis/recognition CLI pair. Requires macOS 13+ and includes options for single-line output and multi-language locale support.
